您需要在队列输入缓冲区的调用中设置 presentationTimeUs 参数。大多数编码器会忽略这一点,您可以毫无问题地进行编码以进行流式传输。用于Snapdragon 800设备的编码器则不然。

此参数表示帧的录制时间,因此需要在要编码的帧与前一帧之间增加我们的数量。

如果参数集与上一帧中的值相同,编码器将删除它。如果参数设置为太小的值(例如,在 30 FPS 录制上为 100000),则编码帧的质量会下降。
