解决方案如下:需要带有 keytool 的 -keyalg 标志来生成证书,否则,密钥将使用旧的默认 DSA 进行加密,TLS1.3 不再允许这样做。使用RSA,它可以工作。

结论:

  • 默认情况下,keytool 密码与 DSA 一起向后兼容,除非提供 -keyalg
  • 从Java 11开始,TLS1.3是JSSE中SSL套接字的新默认加密方案,当它可以协商时。
  • TLS1.3 中不再支持 DSA

因此,建议始终使用显式 -keyalg RSA(或任何其他受支持的 TLS1.3 算法)生成证书,以避免意外。

编辑19 Nov 2020:很久以前,在Red Hat的Bugzilla上讨论了keytool的默认算法问题(https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1582253)。RSA似乎是OpenJDK 14中keytool的新默认算法,但据我所知,它不能保证其他JDK实现(除非JDK规范对此有任何说明)。
