sendMessage 方法引用对象的 ReplyKeyboardMarkup。为 ReplyKeyboardMarkup 创建数组不起作用。还试图json_encode（$keyb），但这也不是解决方案。

文档似乎表明您需要提供reply_markup参数作为 JSON 序列化对象...对于表单POST端点来说有点愚蠢：
