如何在ACF上上传图像，并在wordpress上update_field

我有一个表单，其中包含一个上传 （） 字段。$_FILES['watch_photo']

我环顾四周，来把这个功能放在一起。

它基本上需要所有相关信息，因此将来可以重复使用，完成后，它将返回$pid和文件的URL的数组。

问题在于，ACF没有提供太多信息，说明如何使用 http://www.advancedcustomfields.com/resources/functions/update_field/update_field()
