Tomcat 管理器在我的多域配置中无法访问。我得到一个404，即使管理器文件存在于两个域中。

这目前在Tomcat 8 / Java 8上。但是，我在其他Tomcat7 / Java7服务器上获得了相同的结果。不过，本地虚拟机没有问题。
