您指向的架构是 spring-security-3.1.xsd，但 pom.xml 声明 spring-security-config-3.0.1.RELEASE。您应该更新您的Spring Security版本或降级spring Security命名空间的版本。请注意，更改版本时，请确保所有Spring版本都匹配，并且所有Spring Security版本匹配（这包括传递依赖项），否则您将收到奇怪的错误。
