1）确保你真的部署了spring-beans-3.2.x.RELEASE.jar。它在其 META-INF 目录中包含一个 spring.schemas 文件（它必须包含您使用的 schema 位置的 url），并在 org.springframework.beans.factory..xml 目录中包含一个 spring-beans-3.2.xsd 文件。

2）XSD版本仅包含两部分（主要和次要）3.2，但不包含3.2.0！

顺便说一句：你可以在没有版本的情况下使用，然后弹簧总是使用最新版本（在文件中定义）spring-XXX.xsdspring.schemas
