如何在春季启动中设置UTF-8字符编码？

我在我的项目中使用spring-boot，我运行这个jar文件，它是在Centos上由spring-boot作为服务构建的。当我运行此服务时：

如果我直接运行这个jar文件，那么这个应用程序可以正常运行。
