更改所选项目时,会出现此问题。组合框和表之间有一些隐式交互(组合框的选定项会影响表的绘制方式)。

当组合框弹出窗口被隐藏时,它会自动触发悬停区域的重绘(重绘管理器只会重绘悬停区域,而不是整个表)。但与此同时,您已经更改了表格单元格的绘制方式(第一个单元格不再以红色绘制,因为它们不再与所选内容匹配)。但是,重绘管理器强制仅重绘表的一小部分区域,该区域不能完全覆盖红色单元格,因此您会看到这些视觉故障。
