如果没有，请首先将 maven bin 路径添加到 “PATH” 变量中：

窗户：

Go to System Properties -> Advanced -> Environment variables 

并在 PATH 变量的末尾添加 maven bin 目录路径。

Unix/Linux：

export PATH=/your_path/apache-maven-VERSION/bin:$PATH
